I graduated from Idaho State University with a teaching degree in Physical Education and Mathematics. I currently teach physical education at the 7th and 8th grade level in Mountain Home, Idaho. I enjoy playing and coaching sports. I have coached junior high football in the fall and high school basketball during the winter and spring. I am also involved with scouting and love to go camping and be outdoors. I earned my Eagle Scout award when I was younger, and since then have still been involved with scouting in some way.

This class was a great way for me to help others learn about what it is like to be physically active and to feel the true benefits from good exercise. While I was growing up, I was usually active in work, sports or play with my other siblings. Exercise takes work, but I believe the harder you work at it the more benefits you will gain back from it.
