Course Purpose

    Engages students in self-evaluating their levels of fitness in 5 basic fitness components: physical, social, mental & emotional, physical health, and spiritual fitness. Provides learners with useful information to make decisions leading to a healthier lifestyle. Covered topics include nutrition, stress management, disease prevention, types of exercising, and how to enhance your physical awareness.
