| English 9A will lead students through an exploration of three fiction genres: the short story, the novel, and the play. Each unit of study will focus on key elements of fiction. Students will also write a critical essay relating to one of the short stories they read. Focus will be given to all aspects of the writing process including prewriting, outlining, and revision. | ||||
