Course Purpose

    Immerses students in the history of one of the world's most influential music genres: rock and roll. Presents an overview of the history of the genre, starting with its earliest influences through current rock in the 2000s. Students will have the opportunity to demonstrate critical thinking through writing about rock and the artists that compose it.
