Course Purpose

    Engages in the study of world literature, poetry, workplace writing, and the history of the English language. Students will conduct research and communicate their understanding in writing, presentations, and informational graphics. Focuses on the study of Shakespeare's Macbeth and Dostoyevesky's Crime and Punishment. Students will have the opportunity to learn and understand literary concepts such as symbolism, foils, motifs, and character development.
